Relational Innovation
Discover how collaborative customisation, co-creation, and co-ownership will define the future of business—and how you can lead the transformation.
Why This Book Matters
For decades, businesses have treated customers as buyers, employees as workers, and innovation as something to be controlled from the top. That world is fading. The companies that will thrive in the next decade are those that shift from selling products to building ecosystems, from transactions to relationships, from predicting what customers want to co-creating what they need.
Relational Innovation is the first book in a groundbreaking series that redefines how businesses grow—not through competition, but through collaboration, customisation, and shared ownership.
What You’ll Learn
✔ How businesses can move beyond personalisation to collaborative customisation—where customers actively shape products, services, and business models.
✔ How AI can amplify collaboration instead of controlling it—unlocking new forms of co-creation and participation.
✔ How the Relate2Create Way can help your business evolve—using the Growth Loop and the Relational Flywheel to continuously innovate with your customers and employees.
✔ Why co-change teams are the future of transformation—and how business owners, consultants, employees, and researchers can drive meaningful change together.
✔ How industries like entertainment, fashion, healthcare, and technology can embrace relational innovation—and what your business can learn from these future scenarios.
